SCADA Control System
PLC-based supervisory control with HMI touchscreen for pump control, valve sequencing, and alarm management. Installed, wired, and commissioned on site.
RevoNext Waters integrates SCADA systems and in-house IoT-based online water monitoring into every plant we build. Real-time visibility, automated control, and remote alerts, giving plant operators and client managers full command from anywhere.
About SCADA
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is an industrial automation and monitoring system that connects sensors, meters, and actuators across a water treatment plant to a central control interface. It gives operators real-time visibility into plant performance and allows them to control pumps, dosing systems, and valves remotely without being physically at each component.
In water treatment, SCADA monitors critical parameters including pH, turbidity, chlorine residual, flow rates, and tank levels. When any parameter drifts outside its set range, the system can automatically adjust dosing rates, alert operators via SMS or email, or shut down a process to prevent a water quality violation.
RevoNext Waters developed its own IoT-based Online Water Monitoring System, accessible at iot.revonext.in. This allows clients to monitor their plant parameters from a phone or computer in real time, without needing a dedicated SCADA workstation on site.
Automation Services
Most equipment suppliers in the water treatment space stop at supply and basic commissioning. RevoNext Waters takes full DBOT responsibility from engineering to handover.
PLC-based supervisory control with HMI touchscreen for pump control, valve sequencing, and alarm management. Installed, wired, and commissioned on site.
Our in-house IoT platform connects plant sensors to a cloud dashboard accessible from any device. Real-time parameter tracking, trend graphs, and alert history.
Threshold-based alerts sent directly to plant operators and client managers when any parameter goes out of range: pH drift, high turbidity, pump failure, or power anomaly.
Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System integration for industrial ETPs required to report effluent data to KSPCB. Automated data logging and report generation.
SCADA-linked chemical dosing pumps adjust coagulant, disinfectant, and pH correction chemical doses automatically in response to real-time sensor feedback.
Already have a plant but no monitoring? We can design and install IoT monitoring and SCADA upgrades on existing water treatment plants of any make.
Common questions about SCADA integration, IoT monitoring, and OCEMS compliance.
Yes. RevoNext Waters designs and installs SCADA and IoT monitoring retrofits on existing water treatment plants of any make or age. We assess the existing sensor and control wiring, select compatible instruments, and integrate everything into our cloud monitoring platform.
Whether you are building a new plant or upgrading an existing one, our automation team can design, install, and commission the right monitoring and control solution.
